Cookies for Chinese New Year

Oh yes! Chinese New Year is just around the corner, and surely this sweetie bird (me) will be busy baking as usual. Well, all these while for the past 4 years, I've been baking the same type of cookies which is Almond Raisin cookies, those are my brother's favourite. Last 2 years ago, my prince charming also fall in love with the cookies. Since I have been baking the same type for a few years, this year, I will try something new. Of course, I will still bake the almond raisin cookies. It's just that I added on a few new recipes. So far, I successfully baked Crispy Thin Almond Cookies. They turned to be great! I just love them and of course you can't stop munching on them. LOL. Anyway, I still have to control, in case dad and mom over eat them. Hahaha...

Here's some of the snapshots of my new cookies....

Just need a few ingredients for this recipe

Whisk the Egg

Add in Sugar and Mix Well

Mix in the flour. Do not use electric mixer.

Last but not least, pour in the almond. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spread it on silicone sheet or baking tray, as thinly as possible and bake it.
Here's the outcome! =)
