Burlesque

To me, it's a very nice movie with good vocals and pretty ladies. Haha... I really love this movie especially Christina Aguilera. She was superb in the movie, no doubt, she is a great and fantastic singer! I'm so in love with the movie, especially the songs.

Add on, I've watched this movie with my dear prince at this new cinema in town, our first time trying out the new Beanie Plex. It was awesome! Really worth the money. It's only RM26 per bean bag, which is RM13/ person. It's cozy and comfy. What's more, a max of 40 person in a cinema/ movie. =)

Here's a picture of the Beanie Plex....

Let me share with you the song I love the most in the movie, Burlesque.

Enjoy!

Photography again....

This post is also on photography. As I've said earlier, this is just the beginning as there are more apps to be downloaded. I've been very good in self controlling for not purchasing other apps - just maintaining the current LomoLomo full apps and the rest are free apps. Call me crazy or what-so-ever, I have 16 apps on photography itself including frames and captions. Hehehe.... Well, let's enjoy my production now and stop the scribbling. LOL.

These pictures are taken with the courtesy of LomoLomo and imikimi.com. Enjoy!

Our Valentine's Day

February 14 is a day that almost everyone will like to celebrate with their loved ones especially to the younger generation. I do. But this year, I celebrated earlier, due to it falls on a working Monday and my prince was doing overtime on that particular monday. Well, we celebrated it on Saturday with so much love and happiness. We are the low profile group, does not fancy much on materialism. So we did a normal where we can just spend time together lovingly. We went for a comedy movie, and a dinner which both of us fancy.

Taiping Day Trip - A journey to our Hometown

Havent been going back to Taiping for a long time. I meant as in a family trip. Since we moved out from Taiping, only dad and mom visited Taiping quite often. For me, I went back to Taiping for a short trip with my prince last year, just for a weekend breakaway. So this Chinese New Year was special, a little bit different from usual, and yes, we did a family short trip back to Taiping, together with 2 little angels along. Everybody had fun during the trip, even the young little Elise knew that we were on a trip, and she was overjoyed!

Here's some photos of Taiping trip to share....

Reunion # 2 will normally falls on the 2nd day or the 3rd day, when er chie and moses are back. My prince will always be invited to join for the dinner. Since I've shared the dishes for the first reunion previously, now allow me to share the yummy delicious dishes for the 2nd reunion. Well, this year, Mom and myself cracked our own head to think of all different dishes. It turned out to be SUCCESSFULL! Yes, though it was a hardwork. =)

My CNY cookies collection

This year, I'm just a fan of baking. Real crazy, as I keep baking and baking and baking. LOL. Tried a few new recipes. Well, of course, different people will prefer different flavor or types. Anyway, all the cookies have their own fan even though the "base" ingredients still the same. Hahaha....
Let me share with you my collection this year ...

Power Breakfast

The correct healthy diet is actually to start a day with power breakfast. Not heavy type like curry mee or nasi lemak. That one is considered as fatty and unhealthy breakfast. It's actually strictly prohibited. A power breakfast or some people preferred it as hearty breakfast should be a complete of nutrients including carbo. if not, you wont have enough of energy supply for your work/ study life. A complete set of a cup of milk/ non-sweetened coffee, a portion of fruits, some vege & eggs. potatoes and a small portion of bread. That will give you all the nutrients that your body can absorb as well as energy.

So this is what I had this morning ....and I'm loving it.
This shows that I had 4 colours in a meal. (^o^)/

Cookies for Chinese New Year

Oh yes! Chinese New Year is just around the corner, and surely this sweetie bird (me) will be busy baking as usual. Well, all these while for the past 4 years, I've been baking the same type of cookies which is Almond Raisin cookies, those are my brother's favourite. Last 2 years ago, my prince charming also fall in love with the cookies. Since I have been baking the same type for a few years, this year, I will try something new. Of course, I will still bake the almond raisin cookies. It's just that I added on a few new recipes. So far, I successfully baked Crispy Thin Almond Cookies. They turned to be great! I just love them and of course you can't stop munching on them. LOL. Anyway, I still have to control, in case dad and mom over eat them. Hahaha...

Here's some of the snapshots of my new cookies....

Just need a few ingredients for this recipe

Whisk the Egg

Add in Sugar and Mix Well

Mix in the flour. Do not use electric mixer.

Last but not least, pour in the almond. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Spread it on silicone sheet or baking tray, as thinly as possible and bake it.
Here's the outcome! =)
